This past weekend was so beautiful outside. I was happy that I could head out to the country with Miranda and Greg for their engagement session. There were so many unique places to explore around their farm, it made for a really fun day. Here are few from their session.
Jess-Ann and Derric’s engagement session was so much fun! We started their session in their home while they made a pizza together. I love when couples work together to create something and in this case it turned out very yummy! After they finished the pizza and wine, we headed outdoors to capture some more sweet moments between them. Enjoy!
A perfect winter day, just playing ice hockey on a frozen pond in the prairies. This is how Madison and Dan’s engagement sesson went down. In the middle of the quiet of the prairies, there they were tying their laces and then gliding across the ice. They shot the puck back and forth while their pup, Roy, chased it across the pond. I just love how it turned out. Enjoy!
Dani and Darcy knew soon into their relationship that that had found their match. Not only are the partners in life but in business, as they started their company Renew. When I met with them and got to know them a little better, I quickly realized that their trust, unconditional support, and confidence within one another are such strong elements in their relationship. This was really expressed during their wedding. On their wedding day, Dani and her girls got ready at the Hotel Saskatchewan with Amanda K. styling hair and Sara Lindsay Studio applying makeup. Their gorgeous wedding ceremony and reception were held at St. Mary’s Hall which was decorated by Creative Touch Wedding Designs and coordinated by Old, New, Borrowed, and Blue. Wascana Flower Shoppe created all the bouquets and Simply Sweet decorated the cakes and cupcakes. For the party, Darcy wanted to include his band so they played a set for part of the wedding. The day turned out perfectly, with even the weather cooperating. Here is their sneak peek.
I have been photographing this family for quite a few years now. The kids were much younger when we first met, but now they are getting so big! I feel so grateful to be able to document their growing family. And as always, their session was so much fun. Their personalities really came out and that makes me so happy! Here is their sneak peek.
